This villa is very well located, 300 meters from the beach and 2 minutes from Rua da Oura where all shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are located.
check in day is a Wednesday.
Cot provided for 70 euros per week.
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am.
Reservation:
40% on reservation to lock dates.
60% latest 6 weeks before check-in.
Refundable Security deposit required.
600 euros for a family group and 150 euros each, if under 27 years and or single groups this must be paid latest 12 days before check-in date.
